Our Monthly Plant Subscription Plan is the perfect way to grow your indoor jungle, one plant at a time ! Each month you'll receive a carefully selected houseplant chosen for its beauty, personality, and seasonality. From easy going beginners to rare statement plants, every delivery brings something new to discover and enjoy. Whether you're treating yourself or gifting a fellow plant lover, our Subscription keeps the joy of unboxing something green and gorgeous alive all year round.
Subscription & Billing: Payments are processed monthly on the date you subscribed. Subscriptions can be started at any time and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
Cancellations & Changes:You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once payment has been processed, cancellations will take effect the following month.
Delivery & Collection:Plants are delivered UK-wide or can be collected in-store at A New Leaf Norfolk. Delivery dates may vary slightly depending on plant availability but we aim for this to take place the end week of every month. Weather conditions may on occasions impact this. Orders made after the middle of the month will start the following month. This is due to needing to order in and receive plants ready for packing and posting. 
Plant Selection: Each month’s plant is handpicked by our team based on quality, season, and suitability for most indoor environments. 
Returns & Replacements:Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24hours for us rectify this.
