DELIVERY & RETURNS
Nationwide Shipping
Online orders are processed and dispatched typically within seven business day. Our standard delivery fee is currently £6.99. Our plants are packed and shipped Monday-Thursday and will be sent using Royal Mail or DPD.
Click & Collect
Items are available for Click & Collect from either our shop within Thorpe Plant Centre, Norwich NR7 9LW or via our home address in Aylsham. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to collect. Please wait to receive this email before collection. Live plants will need to be collected within 48 hours of the collection email being sent, unless agreed otherwise.
*Unfortunately due to the high cost of shipping. We are currently unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Island of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of White or the Channel Islands.
Returns & Refunds
We take great care when packing our plants and pots but if you do receive a plant that doesn't match the standard expected please email us _ anewleafnorfolk@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery. please also include photos to help us identify the issue.
Shipping fees for returns must be paid for by the customer. items must be received in the same condition they were received.
As with all living things, there will be variation in a plants size, shape, variegation
. This means your plant may differ in some ways to the online images. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on plants that are not liked once received.
Due to the perishable nature of the goods we do not offer refunds on plants due to missed deliveries or non collections from pick up shops.
Cancellation policy
Cancelations must reach us within 24hours of placing the order. Once orders have been picked the cancelation time has passed.
In the event of the order being dispatched please follow the returns policy.
